Have a look at the questions below and be really honest when you answer them. I looked at them and was shocked at the low level at which I placed my own self importance.
Basically I realised that I did not allow much time for myself to do the things I really wanted to do. My level was probably about 3 out of 10
Even simple fun things like walking round the park, going for a swim, sitting outside under a tree with a good just book weren’t happening. Never mind the things I really love, like going for a 4WD tour in the outback, playing on the jet-ski.
I’m the one who professes how good you will feel when you do take time out, yet here I was struggling to justify my answers to those questions below. Especially number 3.
1. When was the last time I did do research to simply learn something for myself?
2. Do I use affirmations on a regular basis to clear my negativity and self-doubt?
3. Have I included time in my schedule for fun?
